Thank you for opting to enroll for the ICDL Certification Exam course at R375 per attendee. This course includes amongst others the following cost for the exam , exam at centre etc. The course does not have a registration fee.

Once you have completed your personal details you will be redirected to PayFast to process the payment. There are various payment options.

The minimum number of attendees is 2 and the maximum number of attendees is 5.

Cancellations, transfers and refunds

If you need to cancel a Training Course, it must be done no later than 14 working days before the course begins, and cancellations must be submitted in writing. For delegate no-shows or cancellations within the 14-day period, full payment is required. In the event of load shedding affecting course delivery, DCJ Training may reschedule the training. While we are prepared for short-term load shedding, if an extended period is anticipated, classes will either continue or be rescheduled, with an emphasis on minimizing disruption for all.In the event of DCJ Training canceling a Training Course or modifying course content, we reserve the right to do so without incurring additional liability. In such cases, alternative dates, a full refund, or a credit note will be offered to the Licensor or delegate.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Please note that Distance Learning, Blended Learning, and E-learning course cancellations are non-refundable, regardless of the notice period.

For course transfers, delegates may change to another course up to 21 working days before the original course date. Once a transfer is made, no refunds can be issued for course cancellations, and each delegate is allowed only one transfer.
